Mark Warde-Norbury (Executive Chairman)

Mark spent 14 years with the investment bank Robert Fleming and Co Limited ("Robert Fleming") and its subsidiary Save & Prosper Group Limited, where as a senior manager he helped to launch and manage the Fleming Private Banking operations in the UK. On leaving in 1998 he established St Helen's Capital Plc (now Marechale Capital). Mark's other directorships include Flight & Partners an FSA authorised specialist fund manager, and the private equity and pre-IPO investment company St Helen's Private Equity Plc.

Patrick Booth-Clibborn (Chief Executive)

Patrick has more than 22 years corporate advisory and broking experience and has led projects which have raised over £800m of equity for companies and funds. Patrick started his career at James Capel & Co, subsequently working for ANZ Merchant Bank, Guinness Mahon, Noble and KBC Peel Hunt. As a Director of Noble & Co, Patrick was instrumental in building its London based advisory and equities franchise latterly as Head of Broking. Patrick specialises in advising companies in the leisure, infrastructure and clean energy sectors. Patrick is also a non-exec director of Traccr Ltd, an FSA regulated CDS broker.

Lord Flight (Non-Exec Director)

Howard has worked for 35 years in the financial services industry, for amongst others, N M Rothschild & Sons Limited and HSBC's merchant bank in Hong Kong and India. In 1979 he established what became in 1986 Guinness Flight Global Asset Management. Between 1997 and 2005 he was the MP for Arundel & South Downs, during which time he held the Opposition Front Bench briefs of Shadow Economic Secretary, Postmaster General and Chief Secretary to the Treasury. From 1999 to 2004 he had Shadow Treasury responsibilities for the Financial Services Industry, Financial Regulations and Pensions. Currently, Howard is a director of Investec Asset Management Limited, Chairman of CIM Investment Management Limited, Flight & Partners Limited, Downing Structured Opportunities Fund VCT1 plc, Lynx Securities, Speymill Property Managers Limited and the Loudwater Trust Limited. He is also senior non-executive director of Metro Bank plc. Howard is a Commissioner of the Guernsey Financial Services Commission, Consultant to Kinetic and TISA, and Chairman of the EIS association.

Jon Pither (Non-Exec Director)

Jon has considerable experience of public and private companies. For 20 years, from 1969, he developed Amari Plc, an international group of engineering companies, acquired by Glynwed International Plc in 1988. Subsequently, he has developed a range of corporate interests, including the Chairmanship of Active Capital Trust Plc, and a number of other public and private companies; including AIM listed Northern Bear Plc and was recently appointed as a non- executive director of Tanfield Plc. He is also Deputy Chairman of The Alumasc Group plc and Jourdan Plc.

Robin Black (Non-Exec Director)

Robin has a 26 year career of private equity investing and leveraged finance. He is one of the founding partners of Balmuir Partners since 2005 and was a senior partner of Botts & Company for 14 years (1992-2005), both London based private equity firms, where he focused on building and managing entrepreneurial businesses in the UK.

A graduate of Exeter University, he qualified as a chartered accountant with Peat Marwick Mitchell (now KPMG) in London. In 1985 he joined Bankers Trust’s private equity and leveraged finance team becoming a senior executive in Los Angeles and London.

Robin is chairman of Osprey Publishing, a UK based publisher, and Aqua Service, a Scandinavian office service business. He is a director and founder shareholder of Heartstone Inns, a UK based managed pub operator, and has recently been appointed to the investment committee of Finance East, a UK regional growth fund.  He is also Treasurer and a Trustee of Malvern College, a UK based educational charity.  He was previously a non-executive director of a number of private and quoted companies including Malmaison, Cineworld, Continuum Publishing and Primesight Plc, investments which he led whilst at Botts & Company.’
