St  Helen's Capital Plc, the AIM-listed independent institutional stockbroker and corporate finance adviser focused  on  companies in the small cap sector, was notified on the 8th April 2008 that Mark Warde-Norbury, Chairman,  sold  133,342 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company and repurchased them  within  his  SIPP. Accordingly, there is no change in his beneficial ownership.
 
Details of the transactions are as follows:

- 22 February 2008 - 64,516 shares @ 15.5p
- 13 March 2008 - 38,789 shares @ 15.25p
- 26 March 2008 - 30,037 shares @ 13.5p
