                                      Amendment to Share Options


At  a  meeting  held on 26 February 2008, the Directors of the Company (other than Jon Pither)  agreed that the exercise date for options over 1,111,111 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company held by Mr Pither,  a  non executive director of the Company, should be extended from 31 March 2008  to  30  June 2008.

The Directors of the Company accept responsibility for the content of this announcement.
