In  accordance  with  the  Disclosure  and  Transparency Rules, the Board of St
Helen's  Capital  Plc  confirms that as at 30 November  2007  the  Company  has
42,656,000 Ordinary shares  of  5p  each  in issue carrying voting rights.  The
Company's total issued share capital is GBP2,132,800.
