ISSUE OF EQUITY

St Helen’s Capital Plc (“the Company”) has issued 242,424 Ordinary Shares of 0.05p each to staff at 0.0825p per share.

Following this issue, the Company now has 42,656,000 Ordinary Shares in issue of which the Directors continue to hold 10,397,290 Ordinary Shares, representing 24.37%.
