St Helen’s Capital Plc (“the Company”) has issued 166,500 Ordinary Shares of 5p each to staff at 11p per share.

Following this issue, the Company now has 42,413,576 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in issue of which the Directors hold 10,397,290 Ordinary shares, representing 24.51% of the current issued share capital.
