The Board of St Helen's, the leading Ofex Adviser, is pleased to announce that it has been appointed by EHT Investments Plc ("EHT") to act as its Corporate Adviser for the planned Ofex introduction.
EHT has recently been established as an investment vehicle (colloquially known as a "cash shell"), which intends to acquire, by way of a reverse, a company in the secure wireless broadband sector. EHT will focus on opportunities in emerging economies and other areas with an underdeveloped communications infrastructure.
The company has raised GBP689,486 by way of a private placing and an application to trade the shares on the Ofex market will be made today.
