The  Board  of  St  Helen's  Capital  Plc  ("St Helen's" or "the Company"), the leading  Ofex adviser, announces that Tony Drury,  Executive  Chairman  of  the Company sold  125,000  Ordinary Shares on 2 November 2005 at 10p per share. The shares were sold at the  request  of  the market in order to provide additional liquidity in the stock. As a result of  this  disposal  Tony  Drury  now  holds 3,350,000 Ordinary Shares (18.5% of the Issued Share Capital).

The Company takes this opportunity to also inform the market that Barry Hocken, a  Director  of  St Helen's Capital, holds 40,000 Ordinary Shares (0.22% of the Issued Share Capital).  His holding was acquired in November 2004, prior to his appointment to the Board of the Company.

In total the percentage held by the Directors of St Helen's Capital is 52.82%.
