St  Helen's,  the  leading Ofex Adviser, announces that it has appointed Fisher Corporate Plc as corporate adviser to the Company, with immediate effect.

This is the latest step in the Company's growth plans. By appointing an adviser of Fisher Corporate's  stature,  St Helen's is yet again showing its commitment to  the  Ofex  market. The addition of  independent  corporate  advice  further strengthens the Company's structure.

St Helen's also  has an impressive management team in place. On 1 January 2006, John  Bridges  was  appointed   an   Associate  Director  and  will  focus  his complementary experience within the St  Helen's  Ofex  Division.  John  is well known  within  the  Ofex  community,  and  his addition further strengthens the Company's market lead.
