The  Company  has  completed  the placing of 960,000 shares at 10p per share to raise GBP96,000. 

Barry Hocken, Executive Director,  has subscribed for 100,000 shares at 10p per share representing 0.5% of total shares issued.

Jon Pither, Director, has subscribed for 150,000 shares at 10p per share taking his total holding to 2,710,620 representing 14.2% of the total shares in issue.

The total of shares in issue is now  19,094,707,  and Directors' holdings total 51.4%.

The  funds  raised  will  be  used to underpin the expansion  of  the  business including the recruitment of a Deal Manager and a Broker Dealer.
