The Company announces that it has today received notification from Starvest plc that  following  the  purchase of 150,000 ordinary shares on 2 March 2006 at 10 pence  per  share they now  have  an  interest  in  1,350,000  ordinary  shares representing 7.07% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
