The  Board of St Helen's, the leading Ofex Adviser, is pleased to announce that its application  to  become  a  Member  of  the  London Stock Exchange has been approved by the London Stock Exchange.

St Helen's is planning to expand from its position  as the leading Ofex adviser to provide broking services to clients on AIM as well  as  on  Ofex. Becoming a member of the London Stock Exchange gives St Helen's the power to  do  this and will  also  help  it  to  achieve  another  important  element of its expansion strategy: the strengthening of its distribution capacities,  particularly  with institutional investors.
