The Board of St Helen's, the leading Ofex Adviser, is pleased to announce it has appointed Duncan Vasey as Associate Director, effective immediately. Duncan will be working with Barry Hocken in the Ofex Division of the Company.
Duncan started his City career in 1980 when he joined Akroyd and Smithers, Stockjobbers at the London Stock Exchange, which then became part of SBC Warburg. In 1997 he joined JP Jenkins as a market maker trading AIM and Ofex stocks and soon after began a working relationship with Barry Hocken at Ofex. Duncan then joined Gateway Securities, set up by JP Jenkins, where he was responsible for the Company's Ofex client base.
As a result of his appointment, St Helen's is pleased to announce that it has today been appointed as Corporate Adviser to Smoking Gun Entertainment Group plc, EuroConnXion Holdings plc and Sheba Exploration (UK) plc.
