Further  to  the Company's announcement of 7 September 2006, and receipt of the FSA's approval of the change in control in St Helen's Capital Plc, the Board is pleased to announce  that  Roy  Stanley  is  the beneficial holder of 4,422,493 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 20.2%  of  the  Company's  issued share capital.  These shares are held by Productive Nominees Limited.
