Further  to  the announcement of 19 September 2006, St Helen's Capital Plc, has been notified that Roy Stanley acquired a further 380,000 ordinary shares in St Helen's Capital  Plc  on  12/10/2006.  Roy Stanley now holds 4,802,493 ordinary shares in St Helen's Capital representing 21.94% of the issued share capital of the Company.

These shares are held by Productive Nominees Limited.
