Further  to  the  announcement  on  19 October 2006, St Helens Capital Plc (the "Company") received notification yesterday  under  Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985, that Roy Stanley acquired a further 250,000  ordinary  shares  in the Company.  Roy  Stanley  now  holds  5,052,493  ordinary  shares in the Company, representing 23.08% of the Company's issued share capital.

These shares are held by Productive Nominees Limited.
